Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@xumify.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during delivery.

  • Customised or personalised handbags.

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
