Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@xumify.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during delivery.
Customised or personalised handbags.
Sale or clearance items (if applicable).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
